In a case where regular activation fails, try this method: Run the Image Recall software and choose option for NO internet connection. You will get an 8-digit Activation ID. Write down the Activation ID and go to the website: www.ImageRecall.com/serials. Enter your Activation ID, Product Serial Number, Name and Email. If it checks out, you’ll get an Activation Key. Continue with the ImageRecall installation on your computer by entering this Activation Key, along with the same product serial number, name and email. This will allow activation locally on your computer. It will activate as long as the serial number is a good one and has not been used before.
