How We Started
FlashFixers began with a single memory card recovery in 2002. Richard, seeking to supplement his income to support his growing family, advertised general computer help in the Yellow Pages. One day, a lady called saying she had accidentally deleted pictures from her grandma’s 90th birthday. This touched Richard, motivating him to learn everything about memory cards and data recovery to retrieve her pictures. This experience led to the creation of FlashFixers. Richard soon garnered mail-in orders and expanded specialized services to more data recovery and forensics. He then redirected the business as the technology shifted to mobile computing to retrieve lost photos from iPhones, Android devices and other digital storage file recovery.
