What Happens During the Appointment?

During the appointment, you will need three things:

1. Your iPhone
2. A Computer (Windows or Mac will work)
3. A Cable to connect your iPhone to the computer

During the appointment time, you can expect the following to happen:

2. The technician will set up a screen sharing session with you on a computer.
3. With screen sharing enabled, the technician will ask you to connect your iPhone to the computer or PC. This will allow the technician to access your phone in order to retrieve the deleted texts from it.
4. The technician will open iTunes, verify the iPhone is properly connected, and initiate an iTunes backup.
